About the vacancy
Seedcamp is looking for its first Head of Talent to build and lead the fund’s Talent function. The role supports portfolio companies with hiring strategy, organizational design, executive recruitment and scalable talent operations from early stage through Series B.
Responsibilities
- Build and own Seedcamp’s Talent function, supporting founders across the portfolio.
- Advise founders on hiring strategy, organizational design, compensation benchmarking, employer branding and critical executive hiring.
- Lead onboarding and engagement of new portfolio companies into Seedcamp’s talent support ecosystem.
- Build and manage a network of specialist advisors and operators.
- Develop talent communities across key European tech hubs.
- Challenge founders on hiring decisions and provide strategic talent guidance.
- Scale talent operations through systems, processes and AI-enabled sourcing and screening tools.
- Partner closely with the investment team to strengthen Seedcamp’s value proposition to founders.
