Mad Devs is looking for a Middle AI Engineer with fullstack responsibilities. The role involves developing product features end to end, working with Python and Vue 3 in production, and improving existing services and technical debt.
What will need to do
- Deliver product features end to end
- Understand, extend, and refactor existing Enji services
- Participate in design sessions with PMs, BAs, and designers, challenge assumptions, propose alternatives, and estimate implementation complexity
- Prototype complex flows in Cursor or v0 before they become formal specifications
- Address technical debt thoughtfully and with clear reasoning
- Review pull requests from other developers, including junior and mid-level engineers

- Quasar
- Message buses such as NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Streams
- Clean Architecture or similar patterns such as DDD and Hexagonal Architecture

- Background job processing with Celery, APScheduler, RQ, or another scheduler
