Kraken is hiring a remote Product Manager focused on CRM. The role involves owning CRM product improvements and workflows for sales and go-to-market organizations, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Responsibilities
Own the CRM product roadmap and prioritize requests across stakeholder groups and business units.
Translate ambiguous business requests into scoped, actionable, and estimable requirements for technical teams.
Write product requirements and specifications covering business context, user needs, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with Engineering, Sales leadership, business operations teams, and end users.
Determine whether issues require product functionality, system configuration, integration changes, process improvements, or data remediation.
Investigate complex workflows, identify root causes, and maintain stakeholder alignment while managing multiple priorities.
Conditions
Full-time remote position available to candidates in Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.
Compensation is negotiable and offered as a salary.
