About the vacancy
StarPago is hiring a full-time remote Country Manager Marketing to lead business development, partnerships and client acquisition in Brazil and other Latin American markets. Compensation is USDT 3,000–5,000 per month plus commission and a performance bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives and build local partnerships in Brazil.
- Travel with the CEO to Latin American countries to meet banks, payment institutions, acquirers, payment service providers and fintech partners.
- Develop partnerships for local pay-ins, payouts, foreign exchange and fund settlement.
- Acquire cross-border businesses, e-commerce platforms, gaming companies, digital entertainment platforms and other merchants with payment needs.
- Conduct client communications, needs assessments, commercial negotiations and relationship management in Portuguese or Spanish.
- Analyze client fund flows, transaction volumes, payment methods, settlement cycles and API integration requirements.
- Coordinate with product, technology, operations, risk and compliance teams from requirements confirmation through launch.
- Research the Brazilian payments market, competitors, pricing, regulations and local payment methods.
- Manage local service providers, channel partners and potential team members.
- Take responsibility for qualified opportunities, signed clients, channel partnerships and transaction volume.
Conditions
Full-time remote work for candidates based in Brazil or another Latin American country.
Compensation: USDT 3,000–5,000 per month plus commission and performance bonus.
Travel within Brazil and to other Latin American countries may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Work, study, living or local business development experience in Brazil or another Latin American country.
- Familiarity with Pix, Boleto, card acquiring and local bank transfer systems.
- Existing relationships with banks, PSPs, acquirers, fintech companies or local merchants.
- Client relationships or industry resources in cross-border e-commerce, gaming, digital entertainment or internet platforms.
- Experience in payment channel integration, commercial pricing, transaction fee negotiations or enterprise sales.
- English or Spanish proficiency.
