The company is hiring a mid-level Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for its Cyprus SaaS entity and oversee payroll for approximately 45 employees and contractors. The role is based in Cyprus, follows a hybrid model, and reports to the Head of Accounting and Tax.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for the Cyprus entity in Xero, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and month-end close.
- Prepare and file VAT, VIES returns, and other statutory filings under Cyprus tax requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide documentation and support during the annual audit process.
- Process monthly payroll for employees and contractors, approximately 45 people.
- Ensure payroll compliance with Cyprus labor law, social insurance, and tax withholding requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of transfer pricing documentation in line with statutory requirements.
