Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize backend and frontend solutions using Java, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
- Develop reliable and maintainable full-stack application components
- Structure software development activities using modern engineering methodologies and best practices
- Design and implement complex database models
- Ensure high system and product quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Perform complex error analysis and troubleshoot application and system issues
- Maintain and support responsible applications and services
- Continuously improve existing processes, systems, and technical solutions
- Participate in architectural and technical discussions
- Apply agile software development methodologies to improve delivery cycles and software quality
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders in an international environment
- Follow IT security requirements and responsible practices when using AI-assisted development tools
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in banking, fintech, or financial services
- Experience working in large enterprise IT environments
- Experience with highly integrated or business-critical systems
- Knowledge of modern CI/CD and cloud-native development practices
