- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding, adaptation, and performance management processes.
- Develop and improve HR policies and procedures.
- Advise managers on HR and people-related matters.
- Manage relocation and immigration processes for new employees.
- Support employees and resolve HR-related issues.
- Organize corporate and team events.
- Prepare HR reports and ad hoc analyses.
- Oversee health and safety policies.
