We are hiring a remote Customer-Facing Technical Specialist to represent the team in online interviews, client meetings, and technical discussions. The role starts at $20 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to approximately $40–50 per hour based on experience, performance, responsibilities, and contribution.
What you’ll do
- Participate in online interviews and client-facing technical meetings
- Communicate with customers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Discuss software development and technical concepts clearly
- Answer questions and explain technical topics in an easy-to-understand way
- Understand customer requirements and technical needs
- Keep meetings professional, structured, and productive
- Provide feedback or meeting notes when needed
Compensation and schedule
- Starting rate of $20 per hour
- Opportunity to increase to approximately $40–50 per hour based on experience, performance, responsibilities, and contribution
- Remote work
- Starting from approximately 10 hours per week
- Opportunity to increase hours over time, including full-time work
