The Russian representative office of a European company is hiring a Lead Design Engineer to design and modernize high-precision equipment for producing patented pin connectors. The role is fully remote or hybrid, project-based for one year, with compensation of up to 275,000 RUB net per month.
Responsibilities
- Design high-precision specialized semi-automatic and automatic machines for producing patented pin connectors.
- Modify and modernize the existing equipment line.
- Manage projects independently from concept to working equipment.
Terms and Conditions
- Fully remote work or hybrid work.
- Engagement formats include individual entrepreneur, self-employed, freelancer, or a fixed-term contract.
- Project-based employment for one year, with possible extension for new projects.
- Compensation is up to 275,000 RUB net per month, or higher depending on experience and competencies.
- Residence in Europe with Russian or dual citizenship, or in Belarus, Kazakhstan, or Uzbekistan, is an advantage for visiting the production site in Narva, Estonia.
