Kaz Minerals (VCM) is hiring an Experienced IT Site Manager to lead IT operations and digital enablement at its production site in Ust`-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan. The role is on-site with a 5/2 schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage local IT support services, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality delivery.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site’s IT infrastructure in line with corporate standards.
- Coordinate approval of significant infrastructure changes with the corporate IT organization.
- Develop and enhance local applications and IT services and support corporate technology rollouts.
- Gather, document, prioritize, and manage local business technology requirements.
- Build and maintain the local portfolio of IT initiatives and technology roadmap.
- Coordinate local IT and automation projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Drive business readiness and value realization from technology and digital initiatives.
