Firebird Tours is hiring a lead AI Automation Engineer to build and operate production AI agents and workflows for operational, sales and back-office processes. The role combines low-code automation, LLM integrations, APIs and product and operations problem-solving.
What you will do
- Talk to operations, sales and finance teams and turn vague problems into concrete AI workflows.
- Design, build and ship AI agents and automations end-to-end, including integrations and monitoring.
- Build workflows on low-code platforms using LLMs, internal tools, CRMs and third-party APIs.
- Maintain workflow reliability through logging, error handling and cost control.
- Evaluate new models and tools and introduce solutions that provide practical value.
