Scorewarrior is looking for an HR Operations Specialist in Limassol, Cyprus, to improve HR processes, workflows and HR systems for its international team. The role requires at least 2 years of HR operations experience and knowledge of Cyprus employment law.
Responsibilities
- Improve HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Build and maintain HR workflows, policies and internal procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Configure and optimize HRIS workflows, templates and automations.
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour law and HR regulations.
- Maintain HR documentation and internal knowledge bases.
- Create reports, dashboards and HR metrics.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance on HR-related processes and data.
