About the vacancy
DOM is hiring a Legal Counsel to support real estate transactions, corporate matters, banking processes and migration law in Cyprus. The role is based in the Larnaca office and requires residence in Cyprus and a work permit.
Main responsibilities and duties
- Provide legal support for real estate transactions in Cyprus, including property appraisals, purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, risk management, liaison with government agencies and registration oversight.
- Open bank accounts for clients, including collecting documentation and liaising with banks.
- Register and support Cyprus companies.
- Conduct basic client due diligence using KYC procedures.
- Consult clients on migration and immigration law in Cyprus.
- Interact with external legal consultants on corporate law, license renewals and other matters.
