Solana Foundation is hiring a full-time remote Growth Lead (Trading) for Asia. The role focuses on bringing trading counterparties, allocators, and liquidity providers onto Solana-native venues and growing regional trading flow.

Responsibilities
- Own outbound relationships with trading counterparties across APAC, including proprietary trading firms, HFT firms, market makers, quantitative funds, OTC desks, and onchain-native trading firms.
- Understand counterparty trading needs and develop offers that bring flow to Solana venues.
- Structure and manage counterparty relationships, including terms, rebates, agreements, and economics.
- Coordinate with Trading, DeFi, application, and protocol teams to address counterparty requirements.
- Own live-counterparty relationships, escalations, VIP support, and growth of trading flow.
- Secure allocators, funds, and large liquidity providers for Solana markets.
- Track volume, open interest, active counterparties, onboarded desks and firms, capital brought onchain, and program ROI.
