Scorewarrior ищет руководителя информационной безопасности для построения полноценной security-функции с нуля: от IAM и защиты инфраструктуры до SDLC/AppSec, процессов и обучения. Роль также включает управление рисками, безопасное внедрение AI-инструментов и формирование команды безопасности.
Responsibilities
- Build a viable security system across IAM, infrastructure security, foundational SDLC and AppSec, processes, and training.
- Own security risks and communicate with executives about risk, cost, and priorities and with technical teams about architecture and practical solutions.
- Make build-vs-buy decisions across the security product market.
- Introduce security as a partner to engineering teams rather than a blocker.
- Define policies and guardrails for the safe company-wide use of AI tools.
- Hire the first security engineers and grow the security function with the company's needs.
