About the vacancy
Project Manager responsible for custody products and services, product enhancement roadmaps, business requirements, and end-to-end project delivery. The role is based on-site at Esentai Tower, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and optimize custody products and services across the company’s operations.
- Research and analyze trends in financial markets and the securities industry.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Map customer journeys for internal and external clients and develop target-state models.
- Define and develop product and service vision and enhancement roadmaps.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in product and service testing throughout all project stages.
- Monitor and improve key product performance metrics.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, task decomposition, execution control, risk management, status reporting, and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product optimization and project implementation initiatives.
- Coordinate external vendors and partners, including contract management and compliance monitoring.
