About the vacancy
Kaspersky is looking for a Mobile Intern to support mobile CRM communications, in-app marketing campaigns and push notifications. The role is office-based in Moscow and requires availability for at least 30–35 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage mobile push notifications and IPM communication for Mobile CRM.
- Manage mobile CRM projects and communicate with stakeholders.
- Brief the customer communications team on texts and visual assets for in-app marketing campaigns and push notifications.
- Edit HTML/CSS markup for in-app marketing campaigns.
- Set up and edit in-app marketing campaigns and push notifications in the CRM system and Firebase console.
- Test campaign targeting and display together with product testing teams.
- Collect and analyze analytics data for in-app marketing campaigns and push notifications.
- Publish post-launch campaign results on the team’s Confluence.
