pump.fun is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead in New York for a full-time onsite role. The position owns growth strategy, paid acquisition, creator-led growth, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth strategy and roadmap for user acquisition and engagement.
- Build, hire, onboard, and manage the growth marketing team.
- Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, TikTok Shop, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive organic and creator-led growth through UGC and clipping strategies.
- Generate and test growth ideas and campaigns.
- Work with Legal and General Counsel on compliant growth strategies and campaigns.
- Report on performance and iterate quickly.
Conditions
- Full-time onsite work in New York.
- Base salary of $400,000–$1,000,000.
- Equity of $75,000–$500,000.
- Bonus offered.
