My 2023 in a glance
Hello, Remote Leader 👋
This is the last Saturday of the year, and I hope you are preparing the very last things before a party or a New Year’s Eve trip 😎
It’s been a great year, full of work and personal satisfaction, and I want to share my 2023 at a glance.
Voxloud
First of all, Voxloud. It’s been a crazy year!
We completed the evolution of our structure from being a Startup to being a solid and profitable business. Still 100% remote.
We’ll approach January supercharged, knowing we’ll add additional profits to be shared across our team and our shareholders from day one. What a great feeling!
My brother and CEO, Leonardo, resumed our year perfectly in just a few lines 👇
A special thanks to my team. We are more than 35 people across 10 countries.

REMOTE.HOW
We are now 1300+ remote leaders, growing day by day.
I had the chance to meet almost 50 of you on call ( let’s have a coffee break together at this link).
I got new friends, new colleagues, and new inspiring people in my network.
All around the world
I feel blessed 😍
What’s next
First, I’m committed to growing Voxloud to increase turnover and, most importantly, profits. New features are arriving, such as AI, ensuring it will be another positive year.
On the other hand, this newsletter allowed me to discover that I can make a sensible impact on other digital and remote businesses, sharing my experience as a founder and the Voxloud working framework.
I have some interesting ideas currently cooking, which I plan to materialize starting from Q1 2024.
You will be part of any of my adventures. The most important lesson in 2023 that I learned is that communicating and telling your journey in public has no negative sides. I advise everyone - at every level... whether you are super junior or super senior - to start communicating in public without becoming a slave to numbers, followers, or subscribers.
1 right connection is worth more than 1M wrong connections, but without communicating, that right connection will never arrive.
