Tesla is hiring an HR Business Partner for the People team at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on generalist responsibilities across several business areas.
Responsibilities
- Drive local HR initiatives aligned with the broader HR strategy and business needs.
- Coach and support local leadership and develop leadership capabilities.
- Support talent development, performance improvement, succession planning and employee engagement.
- Facilitate engagement surveys, workshops and action planning.
- Advise leaders on German labour law, employee relations, conflicts and grievances.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, People Development and other People teams.
- Support culture, employee well-being and workforce sustainability initiatives.
