HR InX is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join its international recruitment agency. The role is fully remote, focuses on iGaming and High-Risk recruitment, and involves working with international clients on Senior, Lead, and C-level searches.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from search strategy to successful placement
- Work on complex Senior, Lead, and C-level roles
- Source and assess candidates, including their experience, competencies, and motivation
- Work directly with international clients, conduct briefs, define candidate profiles, and advise on hiring strategy
- Manage and analyze recruitment funnels and improve processes based on data
- Test new sourcing tools, channels, and approaches
- Maintain candidate pipelines in Huntflow and contribute to the Notion knowledge base
