paytech is hiring a Quality Control Specialist in Limassol to test payment methods and integrations, monitor performance, and ensure readiness before and after launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Cards, APMs, and Open Banking payment flows end-to-end
- Monitor approval rates, conversion, and transaction anomalies
- Compare payment method performance across providers and GEOs
- Validate flows after integrations and configuration changes
- Control readiness for go-live and monitor initial performance
- Investigate declines, errors, and unstable payment behaviour
- Document results and recommend improvements
- Work closely with Payments, Integration, and Analytics teams
