Minee Wipes is hiring a fully remote, full-time Project Manager to own cross-functional projects across marketplaces, product launches, growth channels, supply chain, compliance, legal, and operations. The role requires independent project ownership, systems thinking, advanced Google Sheets skills, and fluent English.
The role
Own the cross-functional projects that keep the business moving across marketplaces, new products, growth channels, supply chain, compliance, and legal.
Identify missing processes, create plans with clear owners and dates, and drive projects to completion.
- Run several cross-functional projects in parallel from kickoff to completion
- Launch new growth channels, including marketplaces, geographies, retail, and social commerce partners
- Drive new product launches across teams, including timelines, dependencies, and handoffs
- Source and manage external contractors such as lawyers, certification bodies, and agencies
- Push product compliance certifications through to approval
- Own recurring operational and financial reporting
- Build internal tools, SOPs, and documentation
