Plume is hiring a full-time remote Marketing Manager in the United States. The role focuses on integrated campaigns, content, community growth, partner marketing, and performance tracking for an EVM-compatible blockchain focused on Real World Assets.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, social, email, and community channels.
- Own the content calendar, including blog posts, threads, newsletters, and educational content about RWAfi concepts.
- Partner with Design on campaign assets, landing pages, and launch materials.
- Coordinate co-marketing with issuer and institutional partners around asset launches and integrations.
- Manage and grow Plume’s presence on X/Twitter, Discord, and Telegram and develop community engagement programs.
- Track and report campaign performance using reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Support Business Development and leadership with talking points, one-pagers, and materials for conferences and press.
Conditions

Preferred Experience
- Marketing experience at a crypto protocol, exchange, or DeFi project.
- Experience marketing to both retail crypto users and institutional or TradFi audiences.
- Familiarity with RWA tokenization, DeFi primitives, or securities-adjacent marketing compliance considerations.
