Pionex is hiring a User Growth Operations specialist for full-time work remotely from the US or onsite in Princeton. The role focuses on planning and optimizing campaigns, user growth, retention, and cross-functional delivery for a cryptocurrency trading platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of online campaigns across the app and official website.
- Establish campaign tracking metrics and conduct post-mortem analysis to optimize campaign mechanisms and gameplay.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance teams.
- Design campaign mechanics such as tiered rewards, task systems, and viral loops to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume.
Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Remote work from the US or onsite work in Princeton.
- Salary: $5,000–$8,000 per month.
- Performance-based year-end bonus, typically starting from two months’ salary.
