APERCON is hiring a Chief Legal Officer for an international group operating in a high-risk industry. The role covers the full legal and regulatory agenda, including licensing, corporate structure, M&A and compliance, with direct exposure to shareholders and group leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the legal function's long-term strategy aligned with business growth
- Act as primary legal advisor to the board and shareholders
- Own global licensing strategy and regulatory relationships across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead corporate structuring and support M&A activity end-to-end
- Oversee contract management, IP protection and commercial legal support
- Build and lead a high-performing legal team with clear KPIs
- Establish compliance, AML and risk management frameworks
