The role
Own marketing end-to-end and grow into CMO.
Work hands-on in the ad account from day one.
Own CAC, LTV and payback while scaling Meta budgets from $20k+ to $100k+ and $1M+ monthly at target ROAS.
Format
Fully remote, outside Russia.
Independent contractor.
Part-time to start, approximately 20 hours per week.
$2,000–3,750 per month, with the option to go full-time.
Full-time equivalent: $5,500–7,500 per month.
