Responsibilities
- Build the operating rhythm of a 100+ person engineering organization
- Drive OKRs and QBRs
- Keep cross-team initiatives moving
- Turn complex and messy inputs into clear decisions
- Work closely with the CTO, engineering leadership, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, and the executive team
Conditions
- Remote work from Spain, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, or Cyprus
- This is not an EA role or a technical authority role
