R3 is hiring a full-time onsite Software Engineer in Mumbai. The role involves developing software applications, backend services, APIs, and DLT applications while collaborating with product, engineering, QA, and client teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and improve code quality based on feedback.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI engineers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver new features.
- Assist in developing APIs, backend services, and DLT applications.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate regularly with client teams.
Conditions
Full-time onsite work in Mumbai.
Salary: $1–$10,000 per month.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot and Hibernate.

- Domain experience in financial services, banking, capital markets, or fintech.
