We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join a CRM and marketing automation project. The role is full-time and remote in the EU.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
- Define project scope and manage stakeholders
- Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements
- Participate in UAT and acceptance testing
