We are hiring a Digital Asset Infrastructure / Platform Lead to design, implement, and optimize institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure. The role focuses on custody, trading operations, crypto-backed lending, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement digital asset custody solutions, including self-custody, qualified custody, and hybrid models.
- Establish relationships with custodians, exchanges, OTC desks, prime brokers, and liquidity providers.
- Build and optimize institutional trading infrastructure and settlement workflows.
- Develop open-loop trading strategies across multiple venues while managing risk.
- Assess and implement crypto-backed lending and borrowing solutions.
- Create governance frameworks, SOPs, operational controls, and risk management policies.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams.
