Brainsome is looking for a Marketing Campaign Operations Manager to launch, configure, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns on its internal monetization platform. The role is office-based in Limassol with flexible working hours.
Your Responsibilities
- Launch, configure, and maintain marketing campaigns on the internal monetization platform.
- Set up campaign flows using Redirects, Coreg, API Reject, Surveys, Interstitials, and other traffic routing mechanics.
- Create and update simple landing pages and creatives using AI tools and internal templates.
- Monitor campaign performance and key monetization metrics, identify anomalies and optimization opportunities.
- Implement campaign updates and optimizations based on performance and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Growth Managers, developers, and product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and continuously improve operational processes.
