The company is hiring a Legal Counsel for an office-based role in Limassol. The position focuses on commercial, corporate, regulatory, compliance, and related legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to internal teams on commercial, corporate, tax, migration, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements with vendors, partners, agents, and service providers, including license, merchant, partnership, and marketing agreements.
- Conduct legal research, monitor legislative updates, and prepare summaries, reports, and presentations.
- Lead or support legal projects involving corporate, banking, financial, and compliance matters.
- Prepare and submit documents to authorities and liaise with governmental and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and maintain internal compliance guidelines, documentation, and policies.
- Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
