XT is hiring a remote, full-time VIP Relationship Manager focused on futures and derivatives business. The role involves managing key cryptocurrency clients, increasing trading activity and asset retention, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the client trading experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, professional traders, quantitative teams, asset management firms, trading communities, and copy-trading teams.
- Identify client trading needs and drive initiatives to increase deposits, futures trading volume, and asset retention.
- Provide key clients with customized trading solutions.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and risk management teams to optimize the trading experience for key clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and provide market analysis and feedback on client needs.
