Hypercell Games is looking for a Junior+/Middle Publishing Operations Associate to coordinate external game studios and support projects throughout the publishing pipeline. The role includes partner communication, project tracking, game readiness checks, testing data collection, and operational reporting.
Responsibilities
- Source and contact mobile game studios, conduct initial qualification, and coordinate introductory calls.
- Support external studios throughout the publishing pipeline, including onboarding and progression through each stage.
- Maintain project statuses and next steps in Studio Portal.
- Coordinate communication with external partners and follow up on pending actions.
- Verify game readiness for testing using internal checklists.
- Collect testing data and prepare standardized reports for the Publishing Producer.
- Track deadlines and keep projects moving through the pipeline without operational delays or information loss.
- Keep publishing processes organized, transparent, and up to date.
