Plancraft is hiring a Senior Global People Partner to build and scale its international People Operations and People Partnering function across European countries. The role covers international HR operations, compliance, systems design, and the transition from EOR employment models to local legal entities.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the international People Operations strategy across all non-Germany locations
- Drive the transition from Employer of Record to local legal entities across Europe
- Build scalable HR processes, policies, governance, and operational frameworks
- Own the full employee lifecycle for international teams, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, payroll providers, and country leaders
- Advise managers on People-related topics and act as a trusted HR partner across international offices
- Design scalable workflows, documentation, and AI-enabled HR processes to improve efficiency
