Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead organisational design, workforce planning, manpower budgeting and business case development.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Lead change management programmes to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Provide strategic HR advice using data and insights to influence decision-making.
- Develop people metrics and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies and best practices.
